This past weekend Jake, Carson, and I went for a short visit to Forth Worth. We got to see Uncle Clay, Aunt Robin, and Cousin Noah :] Even though the visit was short, we had a wonderful time. Saturday we drove to the Grapevine Mills Mall and the guys kept the babies while Robin and I got in some girl shopping time. It was very nice!! We also enjoyed eating at the yummy Uncle Julio's for supper. We can't wait to make another trip!

Lunchtime Visit :)

A couple of weeks ago we met Aunt Robin and Cousin Noah to pick up Uncle Landon from his little vacation in Fort Worth! We met for lunch at Chili's and had a great time. It was a wonderful visit :)

Kemah♥

One day of our vacation we spent in Kemah! It was extremely hot but we still had lots of fun :) We enjoyed feeding the stingaree fish (well Jake did because I was too scared!!) And we also ate at our favorite place...

Vacation to Crystal Beach

We got him a little inflatable pool but he was too big for it!! Needless to say, he deflated it! We got to take a cute picture though and he was able to wear his adorable swimsuit for the first time!


Jake Carson and I recently went on our first family vacation :) We stayed in a beach house in Crystal Beach with PaPa MeMe Aunt K and Uncle D for a week. Carson had lots of fun playing indoors but he got a little taste of the beach. He will probably be able to do more next year!

Cousin Noah's Birthday Party

This past weekend we celebrated Noah's first birthday at the DeQuincy Railroad Museum! We had so much fun visiting with Clay, Robin, and Noah :) We can't believe little Noah is already one. We love you Noah!!!

Fact or Fluke?

Several people told Jake and I that if we fed Carson some rice cereal at night he would sleep longer... So we decided that he was old enough to give it a try! We started last Friday and he slept from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (yay for us!!) He has also done this pretty consistently give or take an hour or two! The rice cereal either works or he suddenly decided to sleep longer... Either way we sure are enjoying it :) And feeding it to him was pretty fun too as you can see from the pictures!

I ♥ my bouncy seat!

Carson has grown so much lately! He has really developed his own little personality :) Jake and I are enjoying him more and more everyday. Right now he absolutely loves his bouncy seat. He plays in it several times a day for about an hour or so!
